Purpose of the Security Policy

To enhance the consciousness of all associate's of the H-ONE group to protect the information assets, and construct the information security framework matching the changes in the world.

Basic Principle

To protect the information assets of H-ONE and personal information:

• Act with understanding of the information leak risks.
• All associates manage information and prevent leakage under the same policy.
• Share all the information concerning the risks such as information leak instances world-wide, and reflect it on the policy so it can be used to prevent similar instance and prevent leakage.
• Comply with the mentality of the policy when constructing any new framework concerning information management or information processing.
• Preempt the changes in social environment and respond promptly.
• Review the security policy arbitrarily.
