April 1939 Hiratakogyo began operation in Honjo-ku, Tokyo, for the purpose of manufacturing metal press products.
November 1945 Hiratakogyo relocated its head office to Adachi-ku, Tokyo.
August 1952 Hiratakogyo started manufacturing parts for motorcycles and scooters for Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
July 1953 Hiratakogyo changed the company name to Hirata Press Kogyo.
October 1961 Hongo seisakusho started operation in Toda-machi, Kita Adachi-gun, Saitama, for the purpose of manufacturing and selling press sheet metal and machined parts.
November 1961 Hirata Press Kogyo established Maebashi Factory in Maebashi-shi, Gumma.
September 1963 Hirata Press Kogyo established Kameyama Factory in Kameyama-shi, Mie.
June 1967 Hirata Press Kogyo and Hongo seisakusho received an order to produce automobile parts from Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and started full-scale mass production.
April 1971 Hongo seisakusho established Koriyama Office (currently Koriyama Factory) in Koriyama-shi, Fukushima.
May 1984 Hirata Press Kogyo and Hongo seisakusho entered into a capital participation in KTH Parts Industries Inc. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) in Ohio in the United States (and thereafter established five bases in North America).
January 1990 Hirata Press Kogyo changed its company name to HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD.
January 1991 Hongo seisakusho changed its company name to HONGO CO., LTD.
March 1992 HONGO CO., LTD. established Karasuyama Office (currently Model Development Center Karasuyama) in Nasu Karasuyama-shi, Tochigi.
September 1994 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. began over-the-counter trading for its stock at the Japan Securities Dealers Association.
September 1994 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. entered into a capital participation in Hirata Parts Thailand Co., Ltd. (currently H-ONE Parts (Thailand) Co., Ltd. a consolidated subsidiary), in Sri-Ayutthaya, Thailand.
July 1997 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. established technological information center (currently Model Development Center) in Haga-gun, Tochigi.
December 1997 HONGO CO., LTD. established Hongo India PVT., Ltd. (currently H-ONE India PVT., Ltd. a consolidated subsidiary), in New Delhi, India, through joint investments with local capital.
June 2000 HONGO CO., LTD. began over-the-counter trading for its stock at the Japan Securities Dealers Association.
October 2000 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO.,LTD. established Ota Plant in Ota-shi, Gumma.
July 2001 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. entered into a capital participation in UYT Ltd. in Coventry, U.K. (currently an equity method affiliate).
January 2002 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. and HONGO CO., LTD. entered into a capital participation in GH Auto Parts Industries Inc. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) in Guangdong, China (and thereafter established three bases in China).
December 2004 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. and HONGO CO., LTD. listed on Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc. (currently Tokyo Stock Exchange, JASDAQ).
September 2005 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. and HONGO CO., LTD. reached a basic agreement to merge as of April 1, 2006.
November 2005 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. entered into a capital participation in CNC D-TEX Co., Ltd. in Suphanburi, Thailand.
April 2006 HIRATA TECHNICAL CO., LTD. and HONGO CO., LTD. merged and changed the company name to H-ONE CO., LTD. Moved the head office to Omiya-ku, Saitama-shi, Saitama.
September 2010 Established H-ONE Parts Sriracha Co.,Ltd. in Chon Bori, Thailand.

March 2012 Established G-ONE AUTO PARTS DE MEXICO,S.A.DE C.V. in Guanajuato, United Mexican States, through joint investments with G-TEKT CORPORATION.
October 2013 Established PT. H-ONE KOGI PRIMA AUTO TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA in West Java, Indonesia,through joint investments with KOGI CORPORATION and local capital.
