Business model: how H-one Frames are made

Our flagship products are the automobile frames, and our business activity starts with joint research on body frames with the design department of our customer car manufacturer.
The created design data are utilized to conduct digital engineering in the development phase to produce high-precision dies and construct high-efficiency welding lines in a short time.
In the production phase, equipment is stably operated to form difficult parts with complicated shapes at high quality. Our proprietary production control system, which is adapted to respective process characteristics, make it possible to achieve efficient inventory control and delivery management.
